Responsibilities:
- Work with corporate leadership to identify and develop people strategies, identify gaps, and plan processes to support business initiatives
- Act as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of people programs, systems, and processes to support the business
- Ensure fair governance of all discrimination and harassment related cases by direct reports and other employees
- Develop field HR capability in the team
- Handling human resources disciplines - compliance, Health and Safety, Talent Management, Grievance Handling
- Handling of laws and regulations relating to employee and labor relations
Desired Profile:
- Masters degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in employee and labor relations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a function
- Experience with change management, labor relations and negotiations, and strategic planning preferred
- Experience in managing labor relations as well as the principles, practices, and procedures of HR management
- Experience from Manufacturing industry a plus
