Job Description
Role Objective
- The objective of the role is to source profiles which have high likelihood of meeting the client requirement by developing comprehensive understanding of the position, client and the industry domain.
- The role also requires supporting the closure of client assignments through developing a trusting relationship with the prospective candidates. This would involve ensuring that only those candidates are recommended to clients who are a good fit – functional as well as cultural - with their needs.
- The Relationship associate would act as ambassador of client’s and the GET brand. He /She would ensure that every candidate gets a professional treatment from GET and their time and expertise is respected irrespective of the final outcome.
- The Relationship Associate would also be responsible for generating candidate leads through cold calls wherever required.
Main Activities
- Carry out internet based research to achieve an understanding of the position, client and the industry domain. Relevant inputs would be provided by the Team Lead and the Account Manager.
- Use different databases like Oil Careers, LinkedIn and Monster etc and different search engines like Google etc to generate relevant profiles /names.
- Reach out to prospective candidates through e-mail & telephonically and check out their interest levels.
- Understand the position, client and the industry domain completely. This would include the geographic and cultural context.
- Hand holds the candidate through the selection process, maintaining timely communication and providing regular feedback.
- Understand the candidate’s decision making process completely in terms of professional aspiration, compensation, relocation and personal /family constraints if any.
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date.
