Job Description:

- Employer who provides Retirement Benefit to employees should file a tax filing to Department of Labor

- Preparing, Reviewing, Validating and amending of tax filing for the Employers in accordance with the IRS rules/guidelines.

- Non-Discrimination Testing is performed to maintain Employer qualified status to 401k Plan in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor

- Correcting, Validating, and amending these tests for the Employers.

- Taking precautionary measures while Non-Discrimination testing is failing for the Employer before Corporate tax filing date
