About our Client - Our client is a leading US based healthcare MNC with a presence in over 50 countries. They are seeking a Senior Analyst Compensation & Benefits to lead design and benchmarking initiatives for 13 countries across the globe
Job Description - As Senior Analyst-Compensation & Benefits, in this role, you will handle compensation & benefit initiatives for 13 countries across the globe as follows:
- Manage all aspects of Rewards for the Market, International Mobility, Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
- Implement and execute global compensation programs and annual processes; support the survey data gathering and provide detailed analysis and market specific adjustments of external market data
- Create and Design local programs in partnership with HR leadership following Global policies
- Participate in internal and external benchmarking and salary restructuring in conjunction with external consultants
- Ensure adherence of contracts to local and global policies as well as legal requirements Please note that this is an individual contributor role and will report the Manager- Total Compensation
The Successful Candidate - You would hold a full time postgraduate degree and will possess 4+ years of MNC experience in compensation & benefits design, benchmarking and administration. Multi-geography experience in compensation & benefits will be an added advantage.Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen
