Looking for MBA professionals with post MBA exp of 3+ yrs (Senior Analyst role ) and 6+ yrs( Assistant Manager) role .

Ideal candidates will develop research ideas, frame hypotheses and validate them, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, and demonstrate strong writing and presentation skills.Need professionals who have expertise in writing Thought Leadership papers in emerging technologies and latest business trends

For Senior Analyst role

The person will involve in supporting research proposals and write high quality research reports to be presented to the Senior Management based on the insights of his/her research analysis

Will conduct in depth data analysis to form or validate the hypothesis

Will propose research topics

For Assistant manager role

Will be leading a team of 5 research associates

Conduct extensive research on emerging technology and trends and will involve in writing Thought Leadership papers to be presented to Senior Management

Will be able to identify the emerging technologies and its effect on the customers - Exposure to latest emerging trend cognitive computing, additive manufacturing, IoT, block chain, synthetic biology digital Innovations etc..

Expertise in developing new data models, work in analytics field etc..

Willing to work in a IC role - taking the ownership of the research projects
