This is for both Senior analyst and Assistant Manager role

- The ideal person would provide support areas such as benchmarking, Compensation program design, and Job architecture/design, annual compensation events such as the administration of the merit and incentive plan programs and ongoing programs such as the Rewards and Recognition plan, and special projects as necessary.

The job role will involve

- Supporting the modelling of financial impact of Compensation plans

- Will be a part of Compensation CoE team

Job involves more of analysis and Research on Compensation and Benefits role
