Job Description :

Function: Technical Management Project Management

We are hiring a business analyst who can gather important client requirements and compile it into reports that shareholders and departmental managers can use. We need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the organization more profitable. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes. This will be a non-analytical role.

Responsibilities:

- Gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements.

- Craft polished written communications and deliver oral communications of findings and recommendations in an effective and efficient manner.

- Simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team.

- Performing requirements analysis.

- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documents and reports.

- Working closely with clients and managers

- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

- Ensuring that proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements.

- Prioritising initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Relevant work experience.

- B. Tech. and/or MBA Degree in Technology, Operations, Business Analytics or equivalent.

- Experience in business optimisation, problem-solving, or strategic solution roles with progressive responsibility, preferably within the IT industry

- Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

- Exceptional process and organisation skills with the ability to mobilise change.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
