Key Highlights : - The incumbent will take the lead role in designing, developing & implementing learning interventions for employees - Lead the talent development interventions for Mumbai - This role requires to create a design and deliver behavioral learning programs - The incumbent will be responsible in undertaking evaluation of all L&D interventions and report against agreed KPIs - This position will report to the Training Head. Responsibilities : - Own & deliver the New hire induction program. - Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with management competencies - Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans - Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external agencies support - Be responsible for organizational development initiatives - Be responsible for training Front liners and leaders, massive training intervention at all level, working closely with internal & external stakeholders. - Spoc for calendar events for the branch - 20 training Man-Days/month. Qualification and Experience : - Post Graduate with 10 years posts PG experience. - 8-10 years of experience in Learning and Development. Essential Skills : - Design & Delivery of stand up training programs. - Excellent facilitation skills. - Excellent personal and time management skills. - Pleasing Personality. - Excellent Verbal & Written English. - Adaptable & open to work under timelines from time to time. - MS OFFICE - Excel & PPT mandatory. Knowledge of other instructional design software's would be an added advantage.
