Looking for Senior Sales Managers , who will be responsible for leading a Regional Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Scouting the business opportunities and ensuring a proper briefing to its team to achieve the Sales targets and revenue targets
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Establish a structured multi- channel sales framework across the business operations with a focus on building a high- performance Sales culture
Other details:
- Location : Delhi NCR
- Work from Office (6 days)
- Fixed Weekly Off on Mondays (Saturdays and Sundays are working)
- Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Age Criteria- 27 to 38 years
- A Bachelors degree with minimum 4 years sales experience or an MBA degree or any such equivalent degree with minimum 5 years sales experience
- Experience in managing sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
P.S.: Candidates from non sales background/with less than 5 years sales experience/unwilling to work from office in Gurgaon/unable to work on Saturdays & Sundays kindly do not apply.
