Sr. MANAGER/(Channel Sales) :
- Responsible for execution of mandates. These could be pure sales / sales support mandates or handle sales for upcoming residential / Commercial project mandates launched by the company .
- Establish a strong network of channel partners in Delhi NCR.
- To form/expand existing or new broker channel with result oriented management for various real estate projects.
- Meet targeted number of new additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter.
- Design and implement innovative incentives and promotional strategies for various channel partners.
- Imparting training programs to Channel Partners and their teams to achieve business targets. Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners.
- Manage daily routine calls for site visits and effectively plan the same.
- Build and lead a team of 3-4 people to plan, coordinate and implement all the above.
