- Designed and implemented marketing strategies for specific timepieces based on the demand and interest generated through marketing campaigns and data collected from it.

- Directly involved in the strategies involved in setting season wise sales targets for the region.

- Overall development of strategies to enhance sales for specific brands as per the core importance for the organisation.

- Directed the staff on the maintenance of the organisations long term vision and its image perception.

- Planned, executed & strategized for promotions and marketing campaigns, Lead generation through campaigns, web or any other channel Marketing

- Identified & analysed the market opportunities and coordinate and implement the plans for promoting the product

- Involved in creating marketing content & Sales collateral brochures, sales materials and customer newsletters to be circulated by the marketing team.

- Consolidation of post campaign summary report, Maintain & update the marketing campaign activity calendar as per seasonality reports

- Involved in analysis, interpreting and forecasting current and future consumer & pricing patterns for the product

- Identifying potential clients for marketing & sales generation

- Set up Needs clarification calls regularly, monitoring, assigning and removing bottlenecks

- Identified and scheduled training needs for resources.

- Contribute in conducting interviews, Mentoring store staff, Conduct Appraisal across the team.
