Profile: Area Sales Manager
Department: Primary Sales
Band: T2
Salary: As per the company standards
Experience: 4+ years (Must have 3 years of Core B2C Sales)
Qualification: Any Grad/Post Grad
Age: 32Yrs Max
Working Days: 6 days (Monday fixed off)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the team.
- Helping the team in sales closures.
- Ensuring 3x of team cost is achieved as net revenue.
- Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Handling a team size of 10 to 15 people.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in a business-related field.
- Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
- 4+ years' experience in handling sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
