Area Sales Head


Role Overview:


- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Area Sales Head to join our team at Roastea. As the Area Sales Head, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities within a specific geographic region, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the vending industry, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.


- Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure the team is functioning at optimal capacity.


- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.


- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.


- Provide regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for business improvement.


- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.


- Mentor, motivate, and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development and Sales Operations Management.


- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a sales team.


- Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.


- Exceptional Client Relationship Management skills and the ability to maintain long-term client partnerships.


- Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends to stay ahead of the competition.


- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


- Prior experience in the real estate or property industry is required.


- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
