Who We're Looking For
We need a startup-minded growth leader who can take ownership of our marketing, branding, and lead generation efforts. If you have experience in scaling businesses through digital marketing, branding, and growth hacking, you might be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Build Square Select Estates into a trusted brand for real estate investors in Hyderabad.
- Lead Generation & Digital Marketing: Execute data-driven campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Performance Marketing & SEO: Optimize marketing ROI through SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization.
- Content & Community Building: Drive engagement through content marketing, newsletters, and social media strategies.
- Growth Hacking & Automation: Leverage AI & automation tools to improve marketing efficiency.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with developers, platforms, and media to increase brand reach.
What You Bring:
- 1-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in real estate, fintech, or high-ticket sales industries is a strong plus.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, and social media growth.
- Ability to think like a founder-take ownership, solve problems, and drive results.
- Knowledge of data analytics & AI-driven marketing is a plus.
