Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


- Actively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections.


- Identify and target potential clients who align with our service offerings.


- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their IT needs and pain points.


- Qualify leads based on their potential for conversion into paying clients.


- Develop and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our cloud services and application development solutions.


- Create tailored proposals that address client needs and differentiate our offerings from competitors.


- Work closely with sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy and to leverage their expertise in developing solutions.


- Participate in strategy sessions to contribute insights on market trends and new business opportunities.


- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cloud services and application development.


- Use this intelligence to refine our service offerings and improve competitive positioning.


- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and new business wins in CRM systems.


- Provide regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.


Skills and Qualifications:


- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


- Proven experience in sales hunting and new business development, preferably in IT cloud services and application development.


- Experience in Cloud Sales(e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


- Strong resilience to handle rejections and maintain a positive outlook in a fast-paced sales environment.
