With time, we've also been able to automate over 30% of the work.  Please check this SquadRun's mobile app for more details.   - Overall Responsibilities  - Driving the Pre-Sales Engine  - Responsible for all pre-sales OKRs  - Effectively search and identify prospective clients and generate sales leads using market research, competitive analysis, industry reports, prospecting tools, etc.  - Develop a strong engine for email reach outs.   - Help drive more qualified leads to the sales team through various channels - cold-emails, introductions, cold-calls,marketing push, events, etc.  - Constantly refine the client acquisition strategy to identify customer segments with recurring potential.   - Team Management: Lead and mentor a team a of pre-sales analysts to drive the pre-sales engine.  - Marketing Support : Provide support to marketing and sales teams to understand client engagement across various levels. Work with Content teams to generate high quality business collaterals, decks and marketing materials.  Analytics:  - Ensure 100% implementation of CRM and task management at various levels of the entire sales engine.  - Track pipeline metrics around conversion, velocity, channels, team productivity, etc. and work on improving them.   Requirements:  Location : Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR and willing to move/travel anywhere in the world (not a telecommute position)  Joining Date: ASAP! ;)  Traits : Extremely motivated, entrepreneurial, social, energetic, persuasive, humble, patient, analytical, and hard-working with great communication skills; Great written & spoken english is a must.
