- Own the complete P&L responsibility of Business Development and Sales Function

- Hire and develop a high-quality team of Medical Representatives and sales staff, which will be responsible for building sales for our women focused nutrition and health products through doctors in their respective territories.

- Ensure that this team reaches out and builds relationships with every relevant doctor, clinic, nursing homes etc in its territory.

- Build the chemist / distributors network by appointing existing/new distributors in the defined territories and monitoring their performance.

- Ensure strong presence and availability of our brand / products in the relevant points of sales in our operating area.

- Develop and execute territory-wise business plans to achieve targets: doctor visits, chemist visit route plan, distributors visit and overall market development.

- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base by building the ground distribution network.
