How you'll contribute:
- Connect marketing data with sales data to generate a full funnel analysis on marketing ROI
- Gain buy-in for measurement models and KPIs from key stakeholders.
- Develop scalable reports, data visualizations, and analytical models to help make marketing funnel data insights actionable and digestible across the business.
- Define the pipeline targets for SDRs and Marketing.
- Leverage data to identify ways to drive, optimize and grow customer acquisition and growth through engagement and conversions.
- Report on campaign performance, marketing attribution and influence on company revenue.
- Analyze revenue propensity around target accounts to determine greatest revenue opportunity
- Develop UTM strategies in support of reporting requirements.
- Perform ROI analysis to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of different channels, ad formats, and campaigns.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or demand generation
- Experience working with leading MarTech and AdTech tools including Salesforce CRM, Marketo, marketing analytics and audience management tools (or other similar marketing automation platforms)
- Data skills (Excel mandatory, SQL highly recommended, Python a bonus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, regularly evolving startup environment.
- The ability to translate a general problem statement into a full program and execution plan that is focused on achieving clear business goals
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
