About Spring Pay:

Spring Pay's vision is to provide - Swift and Seamless Payments for Customers- at small/mid-sized merchants to CODs/payments of online vendors. We are an enthusiastic team of IIT/ ISB grads with work experience in Investment Banking/ VC, US based start-ups & Management Consulting, Our product Spring Pay is a convenient and cashless payments platform, where customers can pay their retailers instantly & directly through their cards/bank accounts without managing any cash, card or mobile wallets.

About the Profile :

We are looking for a creative, passionate confident team player and future leader who is hands-on and has a strong passion and experience in the Business Development and Marketing in fields such as banking/ payments/financial services/ FMCG/ consumer goods. The person will be required to build and grow the team along with the growth of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute customer acquisitions and merchant acquisitions strategies through digital and offline channels (Pilot level for initial few months and Pan-city level post that)

- Identify and segregate relevant consumer segments,

- Develop campaigns, end-to-end, (digital, on-ground BTL and ATL) to drive product presence and adoption

- Organize events to drive adoption in initial round of innovators

- Operational experience of managing on-ground executions

- Develop strategies to build initial crucial mass of customers and merchants

- Implement physical and online marketing campaigns across relevant channels

- Monitor execution effectiveness

- Conduct market research to identify upcoming trends and develop innovative ways to target consumers

Requirements :

- Curiosity and passion to study, develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies

- Experience in sales/ marketing and business development domain with understanding of customer needs/requirements and brand positioning

- Deep desire to learn and understand retail/e-Commerce sector, brand awareness, advertisement campaign (online and physical) and retail trends

- Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build, manage and mentor large teams

- Customer-centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset

- Data driven, fast paced and keen on building long term lasting professional relationships

- Avid technology user & propagator

- MBA/ Engineering from Tier I school with ambition and potential to help the accelerated business growth during initial few years

- Experience in Start-UP/ Financial/ Banking Services will be an added advantage

Remuneration :

Combination of cash and equity (commensurate with skills and capabilities), cash compensation would be low initially and will grow with time and reaching at par within a year. Feel free to reach out to me directly for your queries.
