Job description - Expert knowledge of Google DFP - Expert knowledge of Digital media industry, ad servers. - Traffic and maintain advertising campaigns on mobile and web - Analyze campaign performances for richer optimization - Business revenue Analysis - Team Management ( 2-3 members) - Training of team members - Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and ad creatives - Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance - Interact with account managers for the successful delivery of ad campaigns - Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow - Maintain internal reporting and provide regular campaign reports - Should devise innovative solutions to achieve the highest ROI for each product and secure incremental revenue. - Should do post-campaign analysis and optimization of Advertising campaigns through extensive data mining. - Should coordinate with our Tech Dept. to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues Requirements: - Entrepreneurial bend of mind who has a "Can do" attitude about anything and everything. - Team leadership skills / Management background - Zeal to learn and grow. - Willing and capable to work in a distributed team - Hands-on with Google DFP and AdX + - More than 5 years of relevant experience.
