The Opportunity Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3-8 years Role: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed market analysis with a focus on determining Total Addressable Market, Margin Profiles and Synergistic Value Creation potential - Source and structure deals, including negotiations, valuations, deal commercials, and working with our legal partners to ensure all legal agreements are in order - Strategic business development support, including capital raising, investor relations, reporting and related strategic activities - Lead post acquisition integration of all acquired companies into the Sportskeeda family of businesses - Position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and involves working very closely with the entire CXO team Requirements: - Graduate/Master's degree from Tier-1 Institutes with prior work experience at a leading consulting firm, venture capital firm or experience with corporate development - 3 to 8 years of work experience after completing your graduate degree - Exceptional quantitative problem-solving skills - Exceptional presentation skills (Powerpoint) - Excel modeling experience is a must - Experience working in high growth start-ups will be preferred
