As a Head of Recruitment, you will:
- Lead the recruitment business and be responsible for the P&L.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
- Lead the recruiting team and report on its performance by tracking the recruitment metrics.
- Support the team when required and implement new sourcing techniques.
- Review recruitment strategies and suggest best practices.
- Recommend and improve strategies to improve conversions.
- Research and choose job advertising options.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
- Coordinate with internal HoDs and external clients to forecast future hiring needs.
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.
