Chief Human Resource Officer


Job Responsibilities:


- Develop organisation strategies by identifying issues and recommendations to establishing human resources objectives in line with organisational goals

- Initiate, articulate and amplify values and culture within the organisation

- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development, etc.

- Responsible for setting up a performance management system and OKRs across the organisation

- Effectively lead the development of employee engagement and retention strategy plans and initiatives including the design and implementation of training, mentoring and succession plans for team members

- Responsible for Increased productivity and efficiency in the workforce

- Responsible to bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues

- Effectively develop and monitor an annual budget of the People Success team as per the business plan

- Envision a strong culture of Learning and Development across the organisation

Required Skills:

- A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among employees

- Need to be people-oriented and results-driven

- Should have handled a work force of minimum 1500 employees with a broad spectrum of HR tools.

- Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and manage

- Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline

- Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment

Qualification and Experience: Masters degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years of work experience as VP of HR or another Senior HR

Job Location: Thane, Mumabi
