- We are looking for a high-energy Operations Manager to play a crucial organisational role in Spocket by owning the entire supplier-side of Spocket's marketplace - from acquiring new suppliers, engaging with current suppliers, and scaling the operations as a whole towards hyper growth!
You're excited about the role because you will:
- Develop strategies to grow and scale the acquisition of suppliers and product listings on Spocket
- Take full ownership of new supplier acquisition & activation as well as existing supplier engagement
- Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall supplier experience and bring changes where necessary
- Proactively scope and manage multiple team projects; takes accountability for project outcomes, ensures the team delivers on project KPIs, & keep others informed of progress
- Communicate to senior leaders on projects/priorities; able to organize and lead effective meetings, collect and provide actionable feedback & communicate priorities and goals effectively
- Manage the team members within the Marketplace Operations team: establish and manage performance metrics, incentive schemes, onboard new joiners, identify growth areas for your direct reports, and provide guidance and training for them to achieve it
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

- You have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in B2B user acquisition, project management, operations, consulting, or similar roles working with fast-growing organizations
- You have a proven track record of successfully building or improving on complex teams, tools, processes, and workflows, both independently and collaboratively
- You are a strategic and analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
- You have excellent collaborative skills, with strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- You are an innovative problem solver that resists "this is how it's always been done" thinking.
- You are equally comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and 1 foot. You will get in the weeds and operate at the lowest level of detail, but also be comfortable thinking long-term
- You have a natural curiosity to identify areas for improvements and opportunities with a drive and commitment to proactively implement solutions
- You are passionate about joining a rapidly growing organization with an entrepreneurial culture
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot
- Experience with data-driven decision making
- Experience with eCommerce
