Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan and sales strategy
- Prepare action plan for lead generation
- Should have proven leadership skills and ability to drive sales
- Experience in sales Account mining + hunting (generating new business)
- Experience with enterprise software solutions sales to large, complex organizations
- Creation and management of proposal presentations and RFP responses
- Cost budget management
- Client Relationship Management
- Exposure to creating white-papers, presentations and business case for the customers
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Thinker and Planner
- Understanding of commercial model design and price structuring
- PnL owning capability
- Knowledge of competitive landscape of global and pure-players
- Overview of the sectoral and geographic market
Functional Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Past experience in working international customers / IT companies
