Job Description :

We are looking for Product Manager who can conduct market research; generate product requirements; determine specifications, lay product roadmap and production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; develop marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Determine needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.

- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

- Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs), PDLC and Product Management (driving usage, optimization etc.) on both Web and Apps

- Conduct user group studies and surveys to gather inputs and feedback.

- Convert ideas into Product concepts & flows, Designs and Products.

- Design wireframes and mock-up's.

- Oversee UI/UX aspects.

- Coordinate across business, design, development, QA teams & C-Level executives for End-to-End Delivery, Agile Scrum meetings.

- To be the voice of the user and passionate about the user experience.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 10+ years experience as a Product Manager in developing new products.

- Strong Product Management experience on both Web and Mobile based products.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

- Experience defining market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.

- Product Definition experience - Conceptualization, User group study, prototyping, workflows, and information analysis.

- Understanding of software architectures, testing, and performance measurement

- Experience as scrum master

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product consistently.

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.

- Experience of Product Release Cycles and phases management.

- Excellent written, verbal communication and articulation skills.

- Aptitude for quantitative analysis

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

- Technical background.

- Excellent teamwork skills.
