Presales Job Description:

- As a Presales Consultant you are the techno-functional business partner of your Sales colleagues, supporting Spire's business and revenue goals by providing high quality business and product presentations and demonstrations.
- Your Sales colleagues will also provide input on the qualification of prospects and play a significant role in the creation of business strategies to secure the win for Spire. Strong understanding of the Human Capital Management domain is important.
Expectations & Deliverables
- Work with sales colleagues to establish specific pre sales plans and strategies
- Analyze prospect's requirements and propose the best possible solution
- Create and deliver proposals, demonstrations, presentations to customers
- Manage the relationship with the customer and be Spire's second face to the customer throughout the sales process.
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of Spire's product-suite
- Respond to RFI/RFP s as necessary
- Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field
- Support Sales Colleagues in preparing and delivering proposal presentations, demonstrations, contracts
- Provide on-going support to well-qualified prospects conducting evaluations. This may include training, solutioning and supporting execution of pilots / proof of concepts
- On an ongoing basis communicate competitive intelligence from the field
- Always remain a committed and a collaborative team player
Education and qualification / skills and competencies:
- Experience developing and presenting clear and concise product briefings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience from working at HCM software vendor in a presales capacity or consulting background from one of the major HCM companies
- Experience in developing and presenting clear and concise product and business briefings
