- As a Sr. Recruitment Specialist, you will play an important role in tapping the industry's talented & best minds, together we will shape a new era in Contextual Search & Intelligence.
This role will encompass :
- Managing end to end recruitment cycles - As a recruitment champion you will own complete delivery and candidate management for the allocated hiring positions independently.
- Working closely with the R&D Unit, Business Teams & HR stakeholders to translate the resource plan into proactive recruitments
- Implementing TA, participating in the brand building initiatives & maintaining a high level of candidate interaction & engagement.
- Implementing the recruitment process, SLAs compliance, managing applicant tracking and maintaining and generating MIS to draw valuable inferences to improve the recruitment engine.
- Managing recruitment co-ordination, candidate engagement & on-boarding.
- Working on stretch goals
Individual Portfolio :
- Seasoned recruiter with 6+ years of relevant experience in delivering end to end recruitment in Technology & R&D space with a high sense of accountability & urgency.
- Should have a strong learning agility & be passionate about creating & implementing innovative approaches and practices in Talent Acquisition.
- Must have strong customer management skills and should be able to collaborate with peers, & business stakeholders.
- Good ability to source candidates preferably through social media, X-ray searches, networking etc.
- Should have good business acumen coupled with the knowledge of current external recruitment trends & market intelligence.
- Be a change agent and should have the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
- MBA/PGDM (full time) in HR is an added advantage
