About the Role:

The Program Manager role in the Founder's Office (CTO's Office) is more than just a job, it's a unique chance to influence Spinny's most critical tech strategies. You'll lead cross-functional projects, shape innovation, and directly support decision-making alongside senior leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the CTO and Co-Founders to shape and prioritize Spinny's key tech initiatives. Serve as a thought partner to solve complex problems and execute strategies that deliver impact.

- Lead Key Projects: Manage high-stakes, cross-functional projects that support Spinny's product and engineering goals. Take ownership of timelines, outcomes, and communication to ensure seamless alignment across teams.

- High-Level Communication: Prepare and draft essential communications for the CTO, including reports, presentations, and briefs. Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.

- Operational Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency within the tech organization, propose solutions, and drive improvements that maximize resources and outcomes.

- Investor & Stakeholder Engagement: Support the creation of impactful materials for investor meetings, including insights on tech strategy, roadmap updates, and milestones to highlight Spinny's progress.

- Insightful Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal performance reviews to inform decision-making and surface new growth opportunities in automotive tech.

- Culture Champion: Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation within the tech organization, ensuring Spinny remains a place where great ideas thrive and people feel empowered.
