Job Description -
- To implement the right processes and practices across the organization and to coordinate and oversee the organization's operations.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

- Train and supervise staffs setting training standards, Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
- Analyse and improve organizational processes and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
Requirements -
- Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Preferred handling cross functional team and team of sales
