Assistant Manager/Associate Program Manager (Product Operations)

- Measuring and monitoring the Product or service performance as well as presenting product related consumer, market, and competitive intelligence.

- Ensuring proper data point is being tracked to keep a check on the health of the product and business

- Monitor the market, competitor activities, and make recommendations that are used in key decision making.

- Evaluate technologies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve the features and capabilities of the existing product.

- Responsible for reporting and resolving the live bugs after coordinating with the Tech team.

- Working closely with Analytics, Quality Assurance, Development team, and Product Managers.
