About the role-
You will be working and a part of the strategic initiatives team and working with cross-functional teams to implement various customer experience projects. This will include but will not be limited to driving performance improvements of processes in demand & supply in collaboration with marketing and product teams
You will be a part of smart and customer-obsessed program managers who will independently own critical charters of the Customer Experience. In addition to the core experience projects, this role will also lead consumer insights, analytics, and planning as per the AOP of Spinny.
Key responsibilities:
- Design a consumer-first strategy & execute the right programs to deliver it
- Build and evolve robust processes for seamless and hassle-free journeys for customers.
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams to deliver the wow factor experience.
- Design and execute consumer first programs to increase customer loyalty
- Build the operating plan & robust track and monitoring mechanisms
- Generate consumer insights by putting in place the right research programs and customer feedback from the field teams
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of professional work experience across strategy, growth. Ideal candidates would have a good mix of operations and strategy experience in large MNCs, consulting, and/or well-established startups.
- MBA from top colleges/universities
- Passion for building a great consumer brand in the automobile space
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, deep-thinking, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience in people management
