Spini is a fast growing, well-funded Singapore-based startup, a crowd-sourced sales lead aggregator that opens up a new horizon of business opportunities for referrers and salespersons. We currently have operations in Tamil Nadu, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Ours is a revolutionary referral platform and an online marketplace where sales persons can source verified crowdsourced sales leads and the Lead providers/Referrers can monetize the information. Our Mojo will enable sales professionals to success bringing har'mon- y' to everyone involved.

The Role:

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our App. We are looking for a passionate PM from e-commerce/online lead generation industry background, who will be able to assume ownership of our App, in defining the scope, developing requirements for new designs, features & upgrades and work with our Engineering Team in executing the same.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the effectiveness of the current features of our App and define ways to improve them in order to reduce failure rates, increase usage and improve conversion rates based on analytics data and good understanding of user behaviour.

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, foresee and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Evaluate market trends, perform competitor analysis, product analysis, feature prioritization, high level requirement gathering and use this information to determine the features to be built.

Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Should be a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented and great at multitasking and prioritizing.

Should be able understand the user pain points and possess a strong desire to solve the problem in the best possible/innovative way.

Preferably from a top-tier engineering colleges (IIT/NIT) or an MBA from a premier business school with experience/exposure to e-commerce/online lead generation industry.
