Spini is a fast growing, well-funded Singapore-based startup, a crowdsourced sales lead aggregator that opens up a new horizon of business opportunities for referrers and salespersons. We currently have operations in Tamil Nadu, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Ours is a revolutionary referral platform and an online marketplace where sales persons can source verified crowdsourced sales leads and the Lead providers/Referrers can monetize the information. Our Mojo will enable sales professionals to success bringing har'mon- y' to everyone involved.

The Role:

Operations manager will be responsible for orchestrating the various day to day operations for all our campaigns, business components and reporting. You will work closely with various stakeholders, co-ordinate and ensure smooth, successful campaign & feature delivery.

Responsibilities:

Define, Develop, Communicate key metrics and business trends for various processes and campaigns.

Ensue that all transactions are processed according to internal specifications.

Closely work with campaign stakeholders and manage campaigns throughout the flight, ensuring delivery meets all Campaign requirements.

Proactively manage changes in campaign, feature scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Work at creating operational efficiencies that significantly reduce human intervention and free up bandwidth.

Identify & Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, all product related technical issues and work alongside with the Engineering Team & Product Manager in fixing the same.

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product, process gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Should be highly analytical and data driven.

A good multi tasker, comfortable working on extremely aggressive timelines.

Preferably from a top-tier engineering colleges (IIT/NIT) or an MBA from a premier business school with experience/exposure to e-commerce/online lead generation industry.
