Ours is a revolutionary referral platform and an online marketplace where sales persons can source verified crowdsourced sales leads and the Lead providers/Referrers can monetize the information. Our Mojo will enable sales professionals to success bringing har'mon- y' to everyone involved.

Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager would be responsible for for orchestrating our Digital marketing campaigns & bring in Lead generation, revenue and meet other goals set from time-to-time.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain the different Social Media assets that we have like Fb page, twitter account, website etc

- Study the audience that the business is attempting to reach and offer plans on how social media will work best for their business model.

- Write up reports for team members to show them the strategies available to them.

- Check all social media channels to see if there are any mentions of their company or brand. Social media never sleeps and since conversations on social media require an immediate response, an analyst will follow up first thing, or reach out to department heads to develop a response. There is a real time sensitivity to this activity, so timeliness is priority.

- Spend time brainstorming or writing blog or web site content, planning and strategizing future campaigns, meeting with department heads to ensure strategies are on-track with marketing and customer service, and tracking campaigns and reporting.

- Reading trend reports and business articles to stay in touch with the latest technologies and social media marketing theories.

- Track basic stats like followers, click-throughs, fans, comments and traffic and also monitor conversations happening around the brand both on and off our pages and carefully structure responses that are in line with the company's strategy.

Qualifications:

- Any degree is fine.

- Must be able to write and speak faultless English.

- Must be present and active on Social Media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc

- Must be creative and have good imagination.

- Must have a good analytical mind.

- Must be able to research online about any subject and write a detailed report.
