JOB TITLE: Associate Vice President

DEPARTMENT: FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Should have in-depth knowledge of managing F and A operations metrics.

- Should have people management experience and will be accountable for productivity, attrition and performance management.

- A Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with at least 10+ years of experience.

- A minimum of 10+ years of Third Party F&A experience including AP, AR & GL

- Excellent communication skills

- Should have analytical skills and ability to handle the pressure.

JOB SUMMARY:

Role incumbent will be responsible for managing end to end Finance operations which includes R2R, P2P, O2C along with managing transformation and transition of the process as well.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage F&A business (internal and external) and have the ability to manage across towers viz Cost Accounting with the understanding of RTR,OTC, Accounts Payable with major concentration on Cost Accounting & Finance domain.

- Managing multiple client engagements contracts Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting .

- Manage relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision making.

- Ensure accurate and informative shareholding deck presentations on a monthly basis.

- Liasoning with both the internal and external Auditors.
