Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the Product & Software industry to drive growth, establish client relationships, and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation within the tech industry.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and develop new business opportunities in software products and technology solutions.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, startups, and technology partners.


- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.


- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.


- Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.


- Represent the company at industry events, networking meetups, and conferences.


- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and reports.


- Drive partnerships, alliances, and client retention strategies to maximize business value.


Key Requirements:


- 5-6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the software product/technology industry.


- Strong understanding of SaaS, software solutions, IT services, and digital products.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


- Experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or consultative selling is a plus.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Willingness to travel as required.


Preferred Qualifications:


- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.


- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.


- Existing network within the tech industry will be an added advantage.
