Role: Manager / Sr. Manager - Sales / Business Development - International Market
Location: Mumbai
Candidate has to manage end to end sales life cycle till PO
Initial Communication with clients with respect to give them idea about the product/ Services.
Identify, Create and Qualify business opportunities in the target market.
Understanding the customers requirement & consult them on the different solutions available.
Generating new business accounts in targeted markets for company.
Develop strong business relationships with Partners & Distributors.
Build, Mange, update & report on a structured Sales Funnel.
Making technical & commercial proposal with the help of technical team.
Executing the sales and giving them after sales services.
Coordinating with our technical team and the client to execute the activity successfully.
Managing Key Accounts and generating more business through up & cross selling.
Meeting Customers Regularly with Technical Team for Feedback & Meeting Delivery Expectations.
Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics in concert with company plans, goals and practices.
Managing, directing, and executing sales efforts within their assigned territory and area.
Development and delivery of effective marketing & business strategy.
Coordination with other operational functions.
Identifying future growth potential and developing strategies to achieve this.
Skills:
- As a Business Development Professional the person should have the capability to build new clients & be able to get quick conversations on leads generated through networks & back office.
- Extensive Pre and Post Sales and demonstrating the clients
- Apply ones knowledge and experience to enhance internal and external relationships
- A track record of exceeding quotas and delivering results.
- Strong Commercial acumen - Bidding, Pricing & Contracting
- Strong Relationship building skills that extend to both external & internal team members in pre and post sales
- Entrepreneurship passion is required
- Highly self motivated and best in team mentoring
Experience:
- 4 to 15 years in International Market (India).
- Candidates with prior work experience in Sales for Consulting (Staff Augmentation) or in IT firm will be preferred.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Understand the competitive landscape and work with marketing to construct effective presentations, marketing messages, and value statements
- Conduct presentations, develop proposals, and manage each phase of the sales process
- Identify and qualify new and emerging opportunities with New Clients.
- Actively researching for potential clients
- Pursue and maintain new business relationships
Key Performance Indicator:
- Number of clients acquired for each sales.
- Number of repeat customers
- Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients
- Follow up with clients continuously and respond to client inquiries & Build Long Term Relationships.
- Prepare business development strategies according to the needs of the client
