Key Responsibilities:

- Business Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to IAM.

- Technical Liaison: Utilize your expertise in IAM technologies (OIM/Saviynt) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

- Solution Design: Collaborate with IAM developers and integrators to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.

- Project Management: Work alongside project managers to ensure IAM projects are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time.

- Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to IAM processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to business users on IAM processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst, with a focus on IAM technologies.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IAM technologies such as OIM and Saviynt.

Familiarity with Java development, web services (SOAP/REST), and data management (SQL databases, ORM persistence layers).

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex technical environments and business processes.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

- Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like GIT.

- Additional Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Groovy) is a plus
