SpeEdLabs - Business Analyst - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/CA

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. You will play a key role in analyzing data, developing strategies, and supporting business decisions to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and performance metrics to provide actionable insights

- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and financial models to support decision-making

- Work closely with senior management to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies

- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting

- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and product development

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from IIM/Top Tier B-Schools

- Graduates from IIT, NIT, BITS, or top finance/consulting MBA colleges in Mumbai are also encouraged to apply

- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, consulting, or related fields

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights

- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desired Skills:

- Experience working in the education technology or consulting industry is a plus

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
