Position Summary:
Spectranet is looking for a driven, energetic, experienced, city head for its operations India's largest data market of Delhi. The business head position is the team leadership position requiring operations and sales expertise to drive the objectives of exponential growth and profitability for Spectranet. The position is responsible for revenues, sales, market share, business development & productivity for the city from small, emerging & medium business and home segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving the exponential sales & revenue growth objective across segments to build sustainable leadership in markets and segments
- Driving productivity by increasing operational efficiency of people resources
- Building and managing the sales, revenue & realization plans for B2C (Home) segments
- Unconventional and rigorous implementing of productive go-to-market plans
- Driving the business development operations for expansion of the network and execution of BTL marketing actions
- Building and managing the team to deliver the growth and productivity objectives for B2C business segments
- Strengthening execution and geographical business focus in key markets
- Coaching & developing competencies & talent at middle-management and front line sales organization
- Building and nurturing beneficial partnerships
- Practice & exemplify the organizational values
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Level of Education
- MBA Marketing from a reputed college/university
- Preferably an Engineering degree (electronics or computer science) from a tier 1 or tier 2 college/university
Experience
- Sales & business operations experience of 10 to 15 years
- Preferably from Telecom / ISP Industry handling B2C segment business
- Lead a team of 10 to 20 people including Channel manager, account manager or territory manager
- Experienced in managing sales of a large technology product portfolio
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of direct & channel sales, customer life cycle, marketing operations and business development opportunity
- Business understanding of telecom and data business for B2C segments
- Commercial acumen for informed decision making
- Relationship management for building beneficial relationships
- Leadership acumen to manage change and continuity
- People Management ability to build and develop the team and manage internal & external interactions
- Unconventional execution for timely, productive and effective implementation of the plans
