Specification Manager - Construction Chemicals

My client is an Italian MNC looking to hire a specification manager based out of Mumbai or Bangalore.

The job responsibilities are:

- To write down specifications incorporating company products and get it specified in projects at design stage.

- To ensure that specifications covers complete range of products along with drawings if required

- To get the products specified to consultants, Architects and customers so as to ensure that our products are incorporated in the tender stage it-self

- Develop CRM with the Specifiers/ new consultants, Architects.

- Create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications.

- Breaking the competitors specifications for projects on ground and get the approvals for our company products.

- Create Standard specification submittals and generate specification data bank.

- Supporting the project team for technical discussions and conducting Architects and Engineers meet presentations.

- Keep watch on competition and up-date time to time for strategic move to counter competition

- Conduct In house presentations for Key specifiers and consultants/architects for product up-date to the group Keep updating the consultants data bank.

- Ensuring effective technical Presentations / Discussions at Architect end. Arranging seminars for Architect team at Offices / Sites in coordination with sales team.

- This position is located at Mumbai & Bangalore

- We need the candidate to have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

 Education: Bachelor of Engineering. (Civil / Mechanical)
