KPIs :
- To onboard corporate training programs (skilling, reskilling, upskilling) as NSDC portfolio.
- Drive training & development initiatives-End to end planning and coordination.
- Prepare a learning intervention plan, evaluate and empanel high quality training vendors, customize training content coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs across corporate clients.
- Create learning opportunities for employees to upskill themselves-Evaluate courses offered by different online learning platforms to provide the best courses to employees that are designed, delivered and certified by top ranking institutes and professional bodies of the world that can be taken anytime anywhere.
- Suggest and coordinate for workshops for capacity building. Maintain and regularly update data on employees taking up learning opportunities
- Knowledge Sharing- Organize and coordinate talks by eminent external speakers, Brown Bag .
- Empanel psychologist and internal medicine doctor as required. Review their feedback via surveys
- Competency mapping and psychometric assessments- Evaluate and empanel vendors to assist us in creating competencies for every role and administering psychometric tests across the organization to help us in placing the right person in the right role
