Key Responsibilities:
Total Rewards Design & Delivery:
- Develop and implement Total Rewards (TR) strategies encompassing Cash, Variable (STI, LTI & ESOPs), Benefits, and HR Policies.
- Conduct Rewards Analytics, C&B Benchmarking, and Annual Rewards Reviews (ARR).
- Contribute to projects involving Compensation Harmonization, HR Budgeting, and Cost Analytics.
Total Rewards Management:
- Specialize in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HR Policies, Incentives, and Benefit programs aligned with business and talent needs.
- Design, implement, and administer benefits programs ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage Benefits Service Providers effectively.
- Collaborate with various functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance on incentive program design and implementation.
Total Rewards Benchmarking:
- Conduct External Benchmarking to ensure alignment with business strategy, market competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with relevant government regulations and compliance requirements.
Utilize Expertise:
- Apply market trends and data to corporate objectives ensuring legal compliance and governance.
- Recommend revisions or new plans aligned with compensation strategy and philosophy.
- Coordinate implementation and communication of compensation & benefits plans.
Total Reward Analytics:
- Analyze compensation and benefits programs for internal equity, market competitiveness, and legal compliance.
- Perform People Cost budgeting and effectiveness analytics.
- Utilize HRIS/HRMS for efficient data management and analysis.
Mandatory Skills Sets:
- MBA in Human Resources from a Tier I/II B-school.
- Certification in Rewards (added advantage).
- 2+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience.
- Proficiency in design & implementation of Sales Incentives, Productivity Measures, Insurance Benefits.
- Strong Numerical Ability.
- Advanced Data Analytics & MS-Excel Skills.
- Knowledge of statistical measures.
- Familiarity with equity plans, rewards benchmarking, HR Systems (added advantage).
