Your Role :
- Collaborating with HODs and understanding different job functions and role requirements
- Working on multiple open roles across teams and ensuring that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on-boarding
- Recommending new ideas and helping create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth
- Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g., application process, communications, and interviews) and tracking its effectiveness
Must-Have :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for across level positions using different organic & inorganic channels
- Deep understanding of the tech start-up ecosystem and product-based companies
- Experience working on niche Technology & Business hiring- side
- Strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills
Good to Have :
- Passion for hiring and going beyond traditional methods
- Working/Worked in a Ecommerce Industry
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
