Specialist/Team Lead - Recruitment - IT

Requirements and Responsibilities:-

1. We are looking for experienced and hands-on IT recruitment executives with team-leading experience

2. 3-6 years of IT recruitment MANDATORY

3. Worked on roles like Backend, Front end, DevOps, UX designer, Product Manager, Software Architect, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, VP- Engineering, chief technical officer

4. Worked on IT Product based/ E-commerce companies preferred

5. You will execute the recruitment strategy and drive a proactive pipeline of talent.

6. You will come with good communication and stakeholder management skills.

7. At the same time, you will be flexible on responsibilities and is comfortable with supporting ad-hoc requests beyond office hours due to the nature of the role.

8. Search, source, headhunt & screen potential candidates.
