Skills required:

2. Qualification - CA

3. Experience - 3-5 years

4. Contract basis from 6-11 Months.

5. Location - Yerawada, Pune

6. The candidate should perform IT Assessments, Litigations , Income tax return filing , GST return filing.

Job Purpose:

- To lead and manage multiple operations of the Direct Tax practice area and to deliver quality tax opinion that will increase tax optimization of the company.

- To ensure compliance and legally mitigate tax liabilities & risks through informed application of tax laws and regulations resulting no legal obligation on group

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe for corporate (including Advan Tax, ITR filings, Coordination for IT Assesments with consultant)

- Working along with Head Finance for Tax Restructuring Projects

- Preparation Financial Modelling Business Unit wise

- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet as per IGAAP.

- Preparation, review & submission of direct to government authorities.

- Act as the key point of contact and support for our local and regional taxation matters regarding Direct Tax.

- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.

- Handling Direct Tax Assessment at Assessing Officer (AO), Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) level along with tax advisors.

- Update the company's record as per the amendment and current legislative requirements.

- Optimum utilization and awareness of company business process as per the amendment in company business process.

- Timely discharge of Tax liability & Statutory Compliances.

- Other Requirements (Soft Skills / Certifications / Softwares/Cust. Handling etc.)

- SAP experience would be added advantage

- Well versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint
