Job Summary :

- The Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.


- This role focuses on attracting, developing, retaining, and optimizing the organization's talent pool.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Development :

- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

- Identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans.

- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

Succession Planning :

- Develop and maintain a succession planning framework to ensure leadership continuity.

- Identify key positions and create succession plans for critical roles.

- Support the development of emerging leaders within the organization.

Talent Acquisition :

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Performance Management :

- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure it aligns with organizational goals.

- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

HR Analytics :

- Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.

- Monitor key HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience in talent management or a similar HR role with Master's degree from top Business Schools.

- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, development, and performance management practices.

Strategic Thinking :


- Ability to develop and implement talent strategies that align with business goals.

Communication :


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

Analytical Skills :


- Proficiency in data analysis to drive HR decisions and improvements.
