Key Responsibilities :

- Support the implementation of strategic Talent Management initiatives for different employee segments.

- Partner with the Head of TM & OD to identify high-potential talent within middle and junior management levels.

- Ensure adherence to the annual calendar for all HR Center of Expertise (COE) initiatives.

Manage and support people-centric programs driven by the TM & OD team, including:

Performance Management :


- Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring timely completion of goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end reviews.

Talent Review :


- Facilitate talent review discussions and talent rating calibration across various levels.

Rewards & Recognition :


- Champion the PRAISE recognition program, including branding, process standardization, data management, budgeting, and awardee tracking.

Succession Management :


- Collaborate with leaders to identify and develop succession plans for key roles.

People Analytics & Digitalization :


- Gather and analyze relevant data to provide leadership with actionable insights, support digital integration of HR processes, and promote data-driven decision making.

Cultural Integration :


- Foster a performance-driven culture aligned with business objectives.

Employee Experience :


- Design initiatives to embed company values into HR processes and continuously improve employee experience.

- Manage assigned tasks and projects effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Management or a similar HR function.

- Strong understanding of Talent Management principles and best practices.

- Experience with performance management systems, talent review processes, and succession planning.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
