We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful candidate to join our Client's Talent Development team based out of their Hyderabad office.
Our Client is a global investment and technology development firm with a global presence. The group works closely with the front office to provide high quality and in-depth support to the investment research team and the decision-making processes of the Firm's global proprietary trading strategies.
Specialist - Talent Development - A Large Investment Firm
This role offers the chance to play an active part in the firm's talent development activities along with excellent opportunities to learn and grow both within the Human Capital function as well as with Human Capital Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders.
Core responsibilities will include end-to-end training coordination, training needs analysis, vendor management, data analysis & reporting, and opportunities to work on projects.
Additionally, the role offers exposure to various facets of the firm's training processes and an opportunity to gain strategic talent development expertise from high-caliber colleagues within the firm.
The ideal candidate should have :
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent education with a strong academic record
- 0.5 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in HR and TD with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Thriving in a collaborative, team- oriented environment, having the ability to learn quickly, and paying attention to details are essential.
- An educational background in psychology or sociology and knowledge of MS Excel is beneficial, but not mandatory.
